Digital Downloads
All digital download purchases are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Because digital products are delivered electronically, we cannot accept returns once the purchase has been completed. Please carefully review the product description and details before purchasing a digital download.

Physical Products
We accept returns on eligible physical products. If you wish to return a physical product, please contact frances@momneedsachapter.com for return instructions and the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The item must be returned in its original condition. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued.
If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at frances@momneedsachapter.com with:

We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the production process.
